How much does Openbiznis cost?
There are three self-serve plans, billed monthly in US dollars: Starter at $37, Growth at $97 and Scale at $297. You can choose any of them for a 14-day free trial. All trials include 100 calling minutes and zero credits.
What is the difference between Growth and Scale?
Scale adds unlimited seats and raises the included capacity to 10 phone numbers, 12,000 call minutes and 10,000 credits per month with 26 weeks of backup retention.
Can I choose more monthly credits?
Yes. Growth and Scale each have a monthly credit selector. One-time top-ups can be bought on the website or inside your workspace after the paid plan begins.
Do I need a credit card to start the free trial?
You can create a workspace without a card, but a real payment method is required before you get a real phone number or use the 100 trial calling minutes. Your selected plan starts automatically after 14 days unless you cancel. We email you three days before the first charge.
Can I cancel at any time?
Yes. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the billing period already paid for, and you keep full access until that date. There are no cancellation fees and no minimum term on the self-serve plans.
Are phone numbers and call minutes included in the price?
Yes. Telephony is included rather than billed as a separate relationship: 1 number and 2,000 minutes on Starter, 3 and 4,000 on Growth, and 10 and 12,000 on Scale, every month.
Is the security model the same on the cheapest plan?
Yes. The 13 active roles, row-level tenant isolation, step-up multi-factor authentication, audit trail and EU hosting are identical on Starter as on Scale. Security is not a paid upgrade here. Backup retention is the only security-adjacent figure that varies by plan.
